ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – BARISAN GEMILANG CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Location: Site Office DTI Sibuga, Sandakan Full Time Position About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join Barisan Gemilang Construction Sdn Bhd as Assistant Project Manager. In this full-time position based in Site Office DTI Sibuga Sandakan, you will provide crucial support to the Project Manager, assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. You will also handle administrative tasks, coordinate team activities, and help ensure projects stay on track and within budget. What You’ll Be Doing 1) Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. 2) Managing projects tasks, coordinating team members, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. 3) Maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and tracking progress. 4) Setting up meetings, managing schedules, and handling other administrative tasks. 5) Identifying and addressing potential issues and suggesting solutions. 6) Assisting with budget management and tracking expenses. 7) Facilitating communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders. 8) Identifying and mitigating potential risks. What We’re Looking For 1) A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Project Management, or a related field. 2) A minimum of 2 years of related working experience in the field of construction. 3) Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5) Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management.
