Sales Development Executive

JOB SCOPE Sales Development Executive (Internal Retail Auditor): Coordinate with external sales teams and retailers to process and monitor sales orders. Assist in sales planning, sales reporting, and tracking of performance against targets. Manage stock movement, returns, and replenishment processes. Maintain and update retail customer databases and pricing structures. Prepare sales performance reports and ensure timely submission. Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to retailers. Conduct regular sales audits to verify accuracy of data and adherence to sales procedures. Analyze discrepancies in sales data and highlight variances to the management team. Monitor and review sales representatives’ activities, route plans, and in-store execution. Ensure promotional materials and merchandising guidelines are properly executed in outlets. Perform random checks at retail outlets to verify stock levels, displays, and sales performance. Support internal controls and audit processes to prevent revenue leakage or fraud. Requirements: SPM OR Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in internal sales, sales operations, or audit. Experience in FMCG industry is a strong advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and travel occasionally for audits if required.
