• 1 Job Summary Responsible for the overall management and performance of a retail store. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, achieving KPIs set by company, delivering excellence customer service and uphold the company image. You will lead and motivate a team of retail staffs, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. 2 Responsibilities 1. Operational Excellence: • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance. • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOP. • Monitor and control expenses to ensure that the store operates within budgetary guidelines. 2. Retail Branch Management: • Lead and motivate the team in achieving KPIs set by the company. • Monitor and control expenses of the store with advice and under supervision of the District Manager. • Maintain and uphold the store in great standards to portrait excellence shopping environment to all customers. • Manage and monitor day to day operations, ensure compliance to the company SOP. 3. Customer Service Excellence: • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service at all times by maintaining high standards of service delivery and resolving customer issues promptly. • Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate to superior whenever needed in a professional and courteous manner. • Lead the team in membership recruitment and constantly report to superior on member concerns for betterment of Manjaku membership benefits. 4. Staff Management: • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. • Provide ongoing coaching and motivate staff to encourage professional growth and enhance performance. • Responsible for store schedule, manage and approve teams’ leave. 5. Inventory Management: • Manage inventory of the store including receiving, ordering and monitoring replenishment of merchandises to meet customers’ demand and minimize shrinkage of stocks. • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify any discrepancies. • Schedule and monitor store team in performing regular and systematic stock check to ensure stocks freshness and quality. 3 Requirements • • Preferably with secondary education with experience in managing retail outlets. • Excellence communication and interpersonal skill. • Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer literate. • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management and people management. • Flexibility to work in shifts and during public holidays. • Possess own transport.
