Assistant Resident Engineer (Dungun)

1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS • Monitor all phases of construction to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest construction standards are met. • Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure they align with project goals and budget. • Monitor project costs, track expenses, and report on budget variances. Identify cost-saving opportunities. • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. • Serve as a primary point of contact between the construction team, clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies. • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, such as design changes, delays, or unforeseen obstacles. • Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Maintain detailed project records, reports, and documentation. • Lead and supervise construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. • Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site. • Any other related duties as assigned Requirement: • Candidate must possess Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • At least few years of working experience in their related field
