•* Supply administrative support to Account Executive by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping. * Making payment by weekly, monthly and emailing payment advice to supplier and others department * Making payment report by weekly and monthly on each project and monitoring any back dated creditors pending * Record invoices, receipt and payment voucher through system by project * Produce and monitoring the cash inflows and outflows and report to executive if any issue * Assist to Account Executive in any backlock and ongoing project * Communicate with superior for other task and responsibility * Familiar with Autocount software
