What your typical day will look like:
As the AR Executive, you will be performing and supporting the standard Operational Finance activities as detailed in handling end to end client billing and issue processes.
Core responsibilities include:
  • Billing Review & Invoicing: Review client billing request forms for completeness and accuracy, perform invoice quality checks, update trackers, and ensure timely and accurate client billings.
  • Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Liaise with MediaOps, Commercial Finance, and client finance teams to resolve pre- and post-invoice queries, disputes, and unbilled items.
  • Campaign & Job Management: Review production jobs, aged campaigns, and coordinate with teams for billing adjustments, job closures, and campaign finalization.
  • Reporting, Audits & Ad-hoc Support: Support month-end closing activities, provide audit-ready data, and assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as needed.
A bit about you:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent professional qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience in media agency or shared services environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with systems like SPECTRA (BCC) and PIN is beneficial and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, data handling)
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
