Job Responsibilities 1. Support and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, hardware, software, and network systems. 2. Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for end users. 3. Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and IT equipment. 4. Manage user accounts, access rights, and perform basic IT admin tasks. 5. Technical Skills o Familiar with desktops, laptops, printers, and Windows OS. o Basic knowledge of Windows Server, user account setup, and administration. o Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP). o Able to troubleshoot common hardware and network issues. 3. Support & Admin o Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration (1–2 years). o Able to manage IT inventory and software licensing. 4. Soft Skills o Responsible, independent, and service-oriented. o Good communication and documentation skills.
