Sales Assistant

1) Handle daily process of opening and closing stores. 2) Greeting Customers and to provide excellent customer service to promote and upsell store products according to customer needs 3) Ability to manage payments via POS transactions and responsible for cash receivables. 4) Ensure store maintenance (cleanliness, ensure sufficient store display on shelf, Shelf Display Maintenance) and achieve feedback of on-site information. 5) Manage product inventories in & out from warehouse, stock inventory management, check product expiry/validity date, handle product defects and handle trial/sample packs. 6) Replenish stocks 7) Ensure store customer services satisfaction, cashiering/check-out counter service. 8) Handle customer complaint. 9) Familiar with merchandising display standards and perform display adjustment. Requirements: 1) SPM & above / have working experience in any retail stores / shopping mall is preferred. 2) Pleasant, presentable, cheerful, good in communication skills and responsible 3) Able to accept rotating shift work (subject to the outlet operation hour) Retail operation hour 4) Have a good sense of service and familiar with basic computer operations. 5) Able to work in Bukit Bintang (Walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT) 6) Fully work at retail stores. 7) Must be wiling to work in KLIA2 airport.
