Planner

•Liaise with customers on order processing and deliveries. • Plan and drive to achieve sales revenue and company goals as per target. • Plan and prepare production schedules for production department. • Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. • Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. • Monitor WIP accuracy from time to time. • Review monthly production schedule. • Work with Production Supervisor to strictly monitoring production lot progress in order to ensure all lots are running as per schedule. • Analyse production specifications and plan capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. • Coordinate with other department on related issues to ensure the smooth flow of production. • Responsible for pulling products from Finished Goods Warehouse. • Responsible for monitoring additional material request by production. • Ensure PO info (part, pricing, quality etc) is correct before entering into system. • Maintain all sales order processing records and delivery records. • Plan activities with Production supervisor to ensure on time deliveries.
