Vichii Sdn Bhd is a trading company specializing in high-quality laminate products and decorative panel are used in interior design, furniture, and construction. We collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and dealers to supply innovative surface solutions. We're growing fast and looking for passionate individuals to join our team! We are hiring a motivated Sales Representative to help promote and sell our products. This role is open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales. Full training will be provided. Job Description • Identify and develop new business opportunities in your assigned region. • Build strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, retailers, and builders and existing customers. • Understanding customer requirements and provide support • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Conduct site visits, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively. • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required. Qualifications & Skills • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field • Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills. • Work independently • Familiarity with the construction or interior design sector is a plus. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Possess own transport and valid driving license
