About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for our luxury and integrated township projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for high-end developments and a strong track record in property marketing. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand identity, executing top-tier marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful promotion of our premium residential and commercial offerings. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Planning Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for luxury and integrated township developments. Align marketing efforts with business goals and project timelines, working closely with senior leadership and project teams. Campaign Management Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and media channels, tailored to attract high-net-worth individuals. Oversee content creation, from videos and brochures to high-end visuals, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and quality standards. Branding & Positioning Position the brand as a luxury and premium offering in the market, ensuring a consistent high-end image across all platforms. Develop and manage the brand identity for new township projects, focusing on unique selling points that appeal to affluent buyers and investors. Digital & Performance Marketing Drive advanced digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, paid ads) to generate leads and raise brand awareness. Use data analytics to optimize campaign performance and provide insights into market trends. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and sales teams to deliver compelling marketing solutions. Mentor and guide team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. Budget & Vendor Management Manage the marketing budget to ensure the efficient use of resources across projects. Oversee the selection and management of external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in luxury property or integrated township developments. Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels, with a particular focus on high-end markets. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally. Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities. Experience in launching luxury properties or integrated township projects is highly preferred.
