M & E MANAGER

1.Plan, direct and coordinate activities of the project rail systems team (train control/ signal, communications, and traction electrification system engineers) to accomplish project goals of prescribed time frame and funding 2.In-charge of M&E meetings to ensure timely construction progress and schedule 3.To plan & manage projects, particularly on technicality of lightings, electrical wiring and installation. 4.Supervise the construction of works in accordance with the project plan 5.Co-ordinate layout plan, detailed drawings and M&E plan and prepare time schedule 6.Supervise, control and coordinate work according to the project plan to ensure timely completion and high-quality work. 7.Ensure safety procedures are incorporated with M&E project management activities 8.Organize and plan out M&E project management activities 9.Ensure that assigned projects are done according to plans 10.Project planning, including work program, cost and material projection. 11.Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
