RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, including subsidiaries of major investment groups, to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and account growth. • Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, including wind power and battery energy storage systems, ensuring timely delivery and customer alignment. • Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, integrating company resources to provide timely, customized technical and commercial solutions. • Track project progress and identify early opportunities for competitive differentiation and value-added offerings. • Maintain close collaboration with regional design institutes and technical partners to gather insights on project pipelines, competitor movements, and regulatory trends. • Develop and execute strategic bid plans to secure high-value projects through competitive tender processes, including preparation of technical proposals, financial modeling, and customer presentations. • Support the formulation of targeted competitive strategies using market intelligence, client feedback, and project data to enhance win rates. • Prepare and present executive-level briefings on project status, client satisfaction, and business performance to internal stakeholders. • Contribute to the overall growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, alliances, and innovation areas within the renewable energy and energy storage sectors. • Represent the company in industry forums REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or project delivery in the energy or infrastructure sector. • Proven track record in securing large-scale renewable energy projects (e.g., wind, offshore, BESS) with contract values in the billion RMB range. • Strong understanding of energy project lifecycles, market dynamics, and stakeholder ecosystems. • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
