  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the technical solution planning for wind farm projects, from pre-feasibility studies through bidding, contract negotiation, and project execution. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize investment opportunities in the wind energy sector, aligning with company growth targets and regional development strategies. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with design institutes, developers, and internal technical teams to coordinate resources and formulate targeted, winning project strategies. • Serve as the technical lead during post-bid negotiations, ensuring contractual terms align with project execution needs while preserving competitiveness and value. • Respond to urgent and emerging technical requirements, efficiently integrating cross-functional resources to resolve challenges and meet tight delivery timelines. • Provide technical support and training to new developers in the renewable energy space, deepening partnerships and enhancing long-term collaboration potential. • Conduct comparative analyses of turbine models and site design strategies with design partners to enhance bid success. • Prepare solution documents, technical briefs, and presentations for internal reviews and client engagements. • Track and report key project milestones, challenges, and wins to senior management, offering recommendations for continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus. • At least 3 years of experience in the wind energy sector, particularly in project development and solution engineering. • Proven success in securing and executing multi-GW wind power projects, including offshore and onshore developments. • Deep understanding of wind project planning, grid integration, and stakeholder coordination. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills. • Proficient in navigating technical discussions in Mandarin and English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
