1.Provide input into resolving design issues, change requests, material defects and equipment problems. 2.Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure that equipment is in good working condition at all times. 3.Inspecting equipment to make sure that it meets safety regulations and standards of quality. 4.Evaluating the performance of equipment and making recommendations for improvement. 5.Work independently and lead direct reports to develop design control deliverables including quality plans, manufacturing & inspection documentation, test methods, and any other necessary quality records. 6.Designs, develops and manages the customer project according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, and with end to end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule. 7.Plan, direct and coordinate activities of the project rail systems team to accomplish project goals of prescribed time frame and funding. 8.Supervise the construction of works in accordance with the project plan. 9.Supervise, control and coordinate work according to the project plan to ensure timely completion and high-quality work. 10.Project planning, including work program, cost and material projection. 11.To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve a smooth and on-time completion of the projects.
