  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

You will be the key liaison between patients and our clinical team—helping patients understand their treatment plans, scheduling appointments, handling financial discussions, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from consultation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Explain treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments effectively
  • Discuss payment options and handle financial arrangements
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
  • Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in dental or healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
