Position: Executive – Marketing & Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing strategies, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging and consistent content, including short videos, live sessions, and captions that match the Puntën King vibe.
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns (e.g., festive bundles, limited-time offers).
  • Drive and achieve monthly sales targets both in-store and during events.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate promotions and event activations.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and follow up with potential leads or customers.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Age 18–30, energetic, confident, and fast learner.
  • Passionate about food and active on social media (being updated with TikTok trends is a big plus!).
  • Able to work under pressure and hit sales targets.
  • Comfortable using a phone, taking videos/photos, and basic video editing (bonus).
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, off-day is flexible
  • Performs daily prayers, disciplined, and a strong team player.
