  • Food Preparation:
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
  • Preparing ingredients for dishes as directed by chefs or cooks.
  • Assisting with food packaging and labeling.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors.
  • Washing and drying dishes and utensils.
  • Taking out trash and recycling.
  • General Kitchen Support:
  • Stocking and organizing supplies and equipment.
  • Operating kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Unloading food deliveries.
  • Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients.
