Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Key Responsibilities: • Extract and organize client management account information from various sources. • Input client data accurately into the MBRS system, ensuring completeness and correctness. • Regularly update and maintain client records in the system. • Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to gather required information and resolve issues. • Provide updates on data entry progress. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Diploma or Degree in Data Entry, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience. • Prior experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative roles is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar software. • Knowledge of MBRS or similar data management systems is an advantage. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
