Responsibilities
- To manage full spectrum of HR Management functions
- Ability to handle employee grievances and disputes and disciplinary action
- Ensure Industrial Relations policies are well formulated, hands on experience in domestice inquiries, provide advice on labour legislations and its implications
Requirements
- Possess a recognised degree in Human Resource or equivalent and at least 5 years working experience
- Able to communicate and interact with various level of staff
- Computer literate, experience in operating HR software
- Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
