  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description :

1. Prepare and submit export/import documents and ensure port clearance compliance.

2. Manage daily forwarding tasks and resolve shipment issues promptly.

3. Coordinate with declaration, loading teams, and shipping agents for smooth operations.

4. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

5. Support other tasks assigned by Superior and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Hands-on experience in customs clearance for K1, K2, K8, ZB1, and ZB2 documents.

Proven ability to control detention & demurrage (D&D) and calculate port storage/removal to meet company KPIs.

Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Customs Act, with the ability to accurately interpret and apply HS Codes to meet customs and client requirements.

Proficient in using declaration systems, particularly:

U-Customs

DagangNet (ALDEC/SealNet)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
