Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development
- Any other assignments or tasks distributed by the superior/company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership quality and a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision and highly committed.
- Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and 'make things happen'.
- Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation (Sarawak & Sabah) and work on weekends.
- Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets from FMCG, especially from personal care/beauty.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
