Job Description

Role: Warehouse Material Support Specialist - Penang

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments.
  • Organize and store materials safely and systematically.
  • Support picking, packing, and preparation of outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle/physical counts.
  • Ensure labeling and documentation are in place for all materials.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Follow safety guidelines and collaborate with logistics teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse/material handling.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems (SAP, Oracle, WMS) is a plus.
  • Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Physically fit to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Additional training in logistics/supply chain is a plus).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
