Main Responsibilities

  • To monitor and coordinate daily parts and service sales activities among team members; including records keeping.
  • To attend to Customer enquiry; including sourcing goods from vendor, preparation of quotation to customer.
  • To attend to purchase order or work order from Customers; including sourcing of goods including raising purchase Requisition (PR) and issuance of Purchase Order (PO) and coordination of goods receiving from vendors.
  • To manage Indonesia / local supervisor's attendance and claim
  • To assist Project Team in preparation of project goods delivery; including paper work and coordination with vendors and packing work.
  • To assist Project Team in preparation of necessary project documents.
  • To coordinate and preparation of invoices; including supporting required supporting documents e.g. service work reports, good delivery order, or any other kind of document proof for delivery of services and goods.
  • Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary from time to time.

Competency Requirement

· SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) or equivalent

· 1 - 2 years experience
