Your primary responsibility will be driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and overseeing the sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions to address noise and vibration challenges. 1.Technical Consultation. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical consultation and support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand noise and vibration challenges and propose suitable mitigation strategies. 2.Sales Strategy Development. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target key industries, clients, and markets to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for noise control and vibration mitigation solutions. 3.Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions. Act as a t rusted advisor to clients by providing technical expertise and recommending appropriate products and services. 4.Proposal Development. Prepare and present compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines, to win new business and secure projects. Involved in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial, meet the needs of both parties, and align with company's policies and objectives. 5.Project Coordination. Oversee project implementation, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and VTR manufacture to ensure smooth execution of noise control and vibration mitigation projects. Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 6.Customer Support and Issue Resolution. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and ensure that the customer's experience with the company is positive and meets their expectations. 7.Market Research. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to noise control and vibration mitigation. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and offer innovative solutions that meet changing customer needs. 8.Sales Reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the company's Salesforce system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirement : 1. Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience in engineering field. 2. Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales, with a focus on noise control, vibration mitigation, or related fields. 3. Excellent sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 4. Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. 5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 6. Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
