Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven Client Acquisition Specialists to join our freelance team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with companies and promote our exclusive hiring packages, onboarding them as clients for our recruitment services. This position is fully client-focused — no candidate sourcing or recruitment is involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients (companies) through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Present and promote Carijob’s hiring packages in a consultative and persuasive manner.
  • Understand clients’ recruitment needs and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Secure recruitment projects by building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of closed projects.
  • Track outreach, leads, and conversions using internal tools or reporting methods.

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in recruitment or HR tech is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering client value.
  • Professional fluency in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Tamil is a plus).
