- Support day-to-day recruitment administration.
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job posting data in applicant tracking system.
- Assist in Social Media content planning & posting
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in any Business / HR related course- Required skills: MS Office
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Canva
- Willing to work at Phileo Damansara 2
