Job Description :
- Handle full set of accounts or assist in maintaining general ledger entries, depending on experience
- Prepare and manage accounts receivable/payable and billing processes
- Reconcile bank and accounting statements regularly
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in payroll processing and employee claim verifications
- Perform any other ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome)
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
