Job Description :

  • Handle full set of accounts or assist in maintaining general ledger entries, depending on experience
  • Prepare and manage accounts receivable/payable and billing processes
  • Reconcile bank and accounting statements regularly
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee claim verifications
  • Perform any other ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome)
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
