We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Car Sales Associate (SA) based in Subang Jaya. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for the automotive industry. You will assist in day-to-day operations, client management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales processes and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups for the SA
  • Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from potential buyers and ongoing buyers
  • Assist with preparation of sales documents, quotations, and loan applications
  • Maintain client database and update leads/sales progress
  • Support in social media postings and online advertisement listings
  • Liaise with banks, insurance agents, and other stakeholders when necessary
  • Accompany SA to meetings, showroom, deliveries, if required
  • Perform live-streaming on TikTok, if required
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as a PA or in an administrative/sales support role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, TikTok, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information
  • Must possess own car and is willing to travel within states if needed

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday

Weekends (if required)
