We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Car Sales Associate (SA) based in Subang Jaya. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for the automotive industry. You will assist in day-to-day operations, client management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales processes and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups for the SA
- Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from potential buyers and ongoing buyers
- Assist with preparation of sales documents, quotations, and loan applications
- Maintain client database and update leads/sales progress
- Support in social media postings and online advertisement listings
- Liaise with banks, insurance agents, and other stakeholders when necessary
- Accompany SA to meetings, showroom, deliveries, if required
- Perform live-streaming on TikTok, if required
- Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a PA or in an administrative/sales support role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Bahasa Malaysia)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, TikTok, Google Drive, etc.)
- Able to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information
- Must possess own car and is willing to travel within states if needed
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Weekends (if required)
