  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly issuance of E-invoices and ensure timely SST declaration compliance.
  • Handle tax declaration tasks, including CP204 Form C WHT, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
  • Perform accounting and report conversions in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
  • Facilitate annual audit coordination and communication, ensuring smooth collaboration with auditors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage inventory and reconcile related transactions.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing companies.
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency in accounting and finance practices.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards), with familiarity in PRC tax regulations being an advantage.
  • Proficient in PC operations, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experienced with Kingdee, SAP, or SQL accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves liaising with HQ in China.
  • A proactive, open-minded working style, with the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high levels of responsibility and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
