Role Summary:

Klinik Puteri are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Growth Executive to support and drive sales performance across multiple clinic branches. You will be directly responsible for planning, tracking, and executing sales strategies for each branch, ensuring consistent growth and high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute branch-specific sales growth strategies.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize sales performance for each branch regularly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports directly to the CEO.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, promotions, and customer retention activities.
  • Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure sales targets are understood and achieved.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong ability to plan, measure, and grow sales systematically.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to top management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in event management to support promotional activities.
  • Basic skills in marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Mobile, flexible, highly organized, and enjoys designing clear sales pipelines and workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
