Patient Relations Executive
Job Purpose : -
Patient Relation Executive works with patients and their families to address concern or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment within the hospital setting.
Duties and Responsibilities : -
1. Overseeing the overall Patient Feedback Management through investigation & resolution.
2. Collect data about patient care issues, prepares report, analyze trends and reposts information to appropriate department for action.
3. Support & execute decisions made by the management to facilitate continuous quality improvement & patient satisfaction program.
4. Assist in the effective planning & implementation of any project that are assigned by the management to achieve departmental objective.
5. Uses findings from analysis of trends in complaints to mentor individuals & departments to develop appropriate service action plans.
6. Working closely with Hospitals Person-In-Charge & Patient Relation Manager to investigate Medico-Legal cases of the Hospital.
Qualifications : -
- Minimum Diploma
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service environment.
- Past working experience in a Hospital setting will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
