Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist in maintaining and updating bookkeeping records.
- Record and reconcile petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Process and verify company credit card expenses reimbursement and receipts.
- Support the finance team in preparing reports as needed.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents both digitally and physically.
- To perform general administration, clerical work and ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
- Assist in communicating and coordinating with China suppliers for purchasing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
