Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating bookkeeping records.
  • Record and reconcile petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Process and verify company credit card expenses reimbursement and receipts.
  • Support the finance team in preparing reports as needed.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents both digitally and physically.
  • To perform general administration, clerical work and ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
  • Assist in communicating and coordinating with China suppliers for purchasing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Willing to learn and positive working attitude
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
