Job Summary
The Finance Transformation Executive will support the execution of global finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and systems integration. This role requires a technically savvy individual who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver impactful changes across finance functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate business and system requirements for finance transformation projects
- Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones
- Communicate progress and updates to internal stakeholders and management
- Work with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on project needs and solutions
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Support system users with issue resolution and process understanding
- Address and resolve ad-hoc finance and system-related queries within agreed timelines
- Guide internal stakeholders through change initiatives and process enhancements
- Foster collaboration across global finance, operations, and IT teams
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams or project components
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Demonstrate initiative and self-leadership in identifying and solving problem
Functional skills and knowledge
- Basic knowledge of core finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, Treasury)
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and finance tools (e.g., GAPIM, Vendor Master)
- Understanding of business process mapping and improvement techniques
- Familiarity with project management and system implementation practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Technically proficient, with hands-on experience in digital tools, ERP systems, and finance applications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical requirements

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Training or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
Work Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or transformation-related roles
- Prior involvement in finance system implementations or business process improvement projects
- Experience working with or supporting global teams and external vendors is advantageous
