Job Summary
The Finance Transformation Executive will support the execution of global finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and systems integration. This role requires a technically savvy individual who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver impactful changes across finance functions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business and system requirements for finance transformation projects
  • Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones
  • Communicate progress and updates to internal stakeholders and management
  • Work with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on project needs and solutions
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Support system users with issue resolution and process understanding
  • Address and resolve ad-hoc finance and system-related queries within agreed timelines
  • Guide internal stakeholders through change initiatives and process enhancements
  • Foster collaboration across global finance, operations, and IT teams
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams or project components
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-leadership in identifying and solving problem

Functional skills and knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of core finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, Treasury)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and finance tools (e.g., GAPIM, Vendor Master)
  • Understanding of business process mapping and improvement techniques
  • Familiarity with project management and system implementation practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Technically proficient, with hands-on experience in digital tools, ERP systems, and finance applications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Training or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable

Work Experience

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or transformation-related roles
  • Prior involvement in finance system implementations or business process improvement projects
  • Experience working with or supporting global teams and external vendors is advantageous
