  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning of boiler systems.
  • Conduct testing on boiler safety systems, including safety valves and interlock systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues in boiler operations and auxiliary systems, including electrical systems, wiring, and instrumentation malfunctions.
  • Carry out regular boiler servicing, burner servicing, and combustion tuning.
  • Respond to boiler breakdowns promptly, as assigned by the superior.
  • Provide daily reports and feedback to the superior on assigned activities.
  • Conduct boiler and burner performance tests, as well as other related performance evaluations.
  • Complete and ensure accuracy of commissioning documentation (Comm Doc Pack), with reviews by the client and superior.
  • Prepare Service Orders accurately, ensure they are clearly written, counter-signed by the client, and submitted to the office in a timely manner.
  • Assist trainers during training sessions at client sites or at the HQ Training Center.
  • Perform site assessments as assigned by the superior.
  • Supervise boiler overhauling tasks when required.
  • Overhaul in-house boilers when required.
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by the superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power / Instrument & Contril / Mechatronic).

WORK EXPERIENCE:

2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Basic understanding of boiler operations is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation) drawings.
  • Responsible in handling and maintaining technician facilities, including company vehicles and tools.
  • Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Committed to following workplace safety procedures and industry standards.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Physically fit with the stamina and flexibility to work inside boilers, in confined spaces, and during site travel.
