  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 standards within the department.
  • Monitor and control company fuel consumption, including Touch ‘n Go and Autopass usage.
  • Oversee the GPS tracking system for real-time vehicle monitoring and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports for domestic inquiries related to misuse of fuel, Touch ‘n Go, and Autopass.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance schedules including tyre tracking, routine servicing, and tracking engine oil and rim usage.
  • Generate reports and coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and government agencies for any fleet-related matters.
  • Track and report on vehicle operating costs and support equipment expenditures.
  • Handle the reloading and management of Touch ‘n Go accounts.
  • Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness by practicing 5S, and maintain proper reporting and filing systems.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistic or related field.
  • Min 1 year experience in related field.
  • Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fairly.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
