Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 standards within the department.
- Monitor and control company fuel consumption, including Touch ‘n Go and Autopass usage.
- Oversee the GPS tracking system for real-time vehicle monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports for domestic inquiries related to misuse of fuel, Touch ‘n Go, and Autopass.
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules including tyre tracking, routine servicing, and tracking engine oil and rim usage.
- Generate reports and coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and government agencies for any fleet-related matters.
- Track and report on vehicle operating costs and support equipment expenditures.
- Handle the reloading and management of Touch ‘n Go accounts.
- Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness by practicing 5S, and maintain proper reporting and filing systems.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistic or related field.
- Min 1 year experience in related field.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fairly.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
