Responsibilities
Shippers Acquisition & Business Development
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential shippers and new sales opportunities.
- Implement targeted sales campaigns to acquire new shippers and grow market share.
- Engage with key decision-makers, present solutions, and finalize agreements to secure new business.
- Develop trust-based relationship with new customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Key Account Handling
- Work with Area Supervisors to manage relationship with high-value or strategic clients.
- Ensure feedback from major customers is gathered and addressed to improve product/services.
- Act as the primary contact for complex or high-level customer issues.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with overall company objectives.
- Set regional sales target and ensure each store or territory is on track to meet or exceed these targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Diploma, with relevant industry experience.
- More than 2 years of experience working in retail stores.
- Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia: Mandarin is an added advantages.
- Possesses their own transportation.
- Effective verbal communication with the ability to serve a wide range of customers.
