Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls from the customers.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
- Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
- Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
- Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
Requirement:
- SPM and above
- Willing to work on rotational shift, public holiday, and weekend
- Must have good English speaking
- Only open to Malaysian
