a) To promote the hotel in general, F&B outlets, and any other activities organized by the hotel. b) To secure bookings pertaining to rooms, banquet meetings, conventions, food promotions and/or any other occasion that can generate revenue for the hotels. c) Make a minimum of 8 to 10 calls to companies per day. d) To collect informations, statistics and write reports on the results of calls made for follow up action. e) Submission of daily sales report. f) Discuss with guest/potential clients pertaining to any bookings made are delivers accordingly. g) Perform outstation and when required overseas sales calls, to solicit potential business. h) Reply business letters whenever necessary. However, all outgoing correspondence are to be approved by the immediate superior prior to typing. i) To attend sales/training meeting weekly. j) To guide and explain to potential clients/agents/visitor of our hotel facilities. k) To attend to all the necessary pr functions including contacts with news media. l) To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as may be requested by the management.
