  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team, specializing in IT, CCTV systems, cabling, and network infrastructure. This role will involve managing on-site operations, overseeing installations, utilizing AutoCAD for technical drawings, and handling budget and documentation for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine requirements for IT systems, CCTV installations, cabling, and network setups.
  • Oversee the process of installation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure on optimal functionality and compliance with clients standards.
  • Able to use AutoCAD to create and modify detailed drawings and layouts.
  • Manage team for troubleshoot and resolve IT and network-related issues to minimize downtime for clients.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including project proposals, budgets, technical drawings, contracts, and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and maintenance work.
  • Responsible handling communication, meeting and training with clients
  • Prepare detailed reports on field operations, project progress, and financial performance metrics.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT support, CCTV, network management, and cabling installation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying technical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, cabling standards and best practices.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
