  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience and achievements in creating content for XiaoHongShu and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Responsibility

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media and other platforms to drive traffic and enhance engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Assess user behavior, campaign outcomes, and social media metrics to refine and improve future marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with XiaoHongShu and LinkedIn, including user base, content trends, and marketing opportunities, is a plus.
