About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to manage and support our prestigious client in the Accountants sector. This role is focused on delivering world-class service to stakeholders within the UK market, ensuring prompt, knowledgeable, and empathetic resolution of inquiries, while upholding the values and expectations of a globally recognized professional body.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for students, members, affiliates, and tuition providers in the UK region.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on policies, membership processes, exam registrations, results, CPD requirements, and other account-related queries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
  • Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to key customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
  • Stay updated with guidelines, updates, and service protocols to ensure consistent and compliant communication.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within professional services, education, or a UK-based client environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with a strong command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic systems, processes, and client needs.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of the UK market and cultural sensitivities is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience related to accounting/finance education is a plus.
