Job Purpose:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome. You are responsible for ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, consistently exceeding guest expectations and upholding hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s PMS system.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests accurately and promptly.
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and manage billing inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
- Follow brand standards, grooming guidelines, and safety/security procedures.
- Support team members and assist with other front office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
