1. Job Overview
The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across the group, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, culture building, and compliance. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a people-first HR framework that supports our growth.
We are looking for a HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
a. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
b. Performance Management: Collaborate with department heads to implement KPIs and performance review frameworks.
c. Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive work culture through employee engagement programs, team bonding activities, and feedback initiatives.
d. Policy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR policies aligned with MOM regulations. Handle employee relations and grievances with professionalism.
e. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities for staff at all levels.
f. Payroll & Administration: Work closely with Finance to process payroll, manage leave and claims, and ensure accurate HR documentation.
g. Culture Champion: Drive company values and ensure a consistent, inclusive culture across all outlets.
h. HR Projects: Support CCP/JRR applications, internship programs, and other people-related initiatives.
3. Job Requirement
a. Proven experience of 5 years and above as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
b. Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment regulations, HR operations, and recruitment strategies.
c. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — a true people person.
d. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR responsibilities.
e. Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing HR across multiple brands.
f. Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
g. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
