  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting physical materials into digital formats, ensuring high-quality results and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Physical Tape.
  • Digitize documents.
  • Operate scanner equipment.
  • Edit and enhance digital files to improve quality and usability.
  • Organize and catalog digital files, ensuring proper naming conventions and metadata entry.
  • Conduct quality control checks on digitized materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline digitization processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Follow data privacy and PDPA during digitization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in digitization, archiving, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Willing to learn using scanning software and equipment.
  • Familiarity with digital file formats and metadata standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and software issues.
