The Responsibilities Execute HR strategies: Implement and oversee HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative AI-driven solutions that streamline operations and support the company’s strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records: Stay updated on local and international labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure full compliance. Manage and maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Implement and enforce policies that protect the organization from legal risks and promote a safe and compliant workplace. The Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in business management, human resources, or administration (internship experience will be considered). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Google Workspace and AI tools. Passionate about technology and people development. Ability to think strategically and contribute to business process optimization. Driven by new challenges and is self-motivated.
