General Summary HR & Administrations Executive have both HR management and administrative responsibilities within an organization. They are usually the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and often deal with internal and external parties. Duties may include maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring employees receive adequate support. Job Responsibilities HR Role: >HR Payroll & Workers wages >Staff Benefits, EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, HRDF and related >In charge to manage internal training >Update and manage employee records. >Perform other duties as assigned. Administration Role: >Responsible for all documentation and administrative task in the office compliance with company policies and procedures and statutory requirements. >Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication and computing system >Provide administrative support for the Manager & Director. >Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters. Requirements: >Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Bachelor Degree Degree, Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent. >At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field. >Strong computer skill and experience with HR software >Good verbal and written communication skill >Comprehensive understanding of payroll issues and labor law. >Knowledge of SQL Payroll & PeopleX app is an added advantage >Must be willing to work in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday.
