  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

· Monitor Stok Levels: Ensure inventory is maintained at optimal level and that stock is tracked accurately

· Conduct stock audits: Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with records and resolve discrepancies

· Implementation inventory system: Use warehouse management system to track manage inventory, ensuring accuracy in data entry.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving and put-away of finished goods from production, ensuring proper storage and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and warehouse process optimization.
  • Implement best practices in warehouse space utilization, picking efficiency, and stock rotation.
  • Enforce safety, regulatory, and compliance standards in warehouse operations.

Repackaging Operations

  • Oversee repackaging processes to meet operational, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure timely execution of repackaging activities to support business needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and minimize waste.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure repackaged products meet specifications.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

  • Ensure on-time order processing and dispatch to support distribution and customer requirements.
  • Optimize loading operations and truck scheduling to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Distribution, Sales, and Packaging teams) to address operational challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM9,136.01 per month
