Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Admin to support the administrative and coordination aspects of our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documents and tender proposals
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Project Admin, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
