We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our company, to be based at Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

You will play an important role in:

  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail, fax and others communication tools.
  • Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
  • Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a SPM holder
  • Relevant experience in Customer Service / Sales
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organized, self-motivated, initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
